Kit List

Mandatory Kit

All runners must carry the following:

  • Mobile phone – Fully charged, with the emergency race number saved (sent in the final instructions email) and What3Words app installed.

  • Water container – Minimum capacity: 500ml.

  • Emergency snack – One item of at least 100 kcal.

  • Route access – Final GPX file will be shared one week prior. Must be either downloaded digitally or carried as a printout.

  • Reusable cup – Required for hot drinks or non-water refreshments at halfway (we are a cupless event).

  • Running pack – To carry all mandatory kit comfortably.

  • Footwear – Must be appropriate for trail conditions (footwear guidance provided in the final pre-race email).

Recommended Kit (Optional)

  • Cap or buff – For sun protection.

  • Extra warm layer – In case of cooler temperatures.

  • Spare base layer or T-shirt – Optional change of top.

  • Suncream or waterproof jacket – Based on weather forecast.

Drop Bag & Halfway Food Option

You may:

  • Leave a drop bag for halfway (clearly labelled with your name and race number) for a kit change.

  • Submit a sealed sandwich bag of personal snacks (also clearly labelled). Uncollected bags will be disposed of.
